Here at GJH Training Services, we’re pleased to offer the following mental health courses both online, and in a class environment.
Who is this qualification for?
Mental health is becoming more prevalent in the community each day. Suitable for all workplaces where you wish to identify and signpost them. A good course for all employees, and families.
How long will it take?
The Level 1 qualification is half-day to give a basic awareness of mental health in the workplace. Level 2 is a full day course. See below for online options too.

- Mental health definition and terminology
- Stereotyping and discrimination
- Stress and Anxiety
- Types of mental ill health
The Level one and two courses cover these topics, with two being more in depth.
Assessment method
There is continuous assessment through the day with practical exercises, and a final online quiz.
Small class sizes
All of my courses have small classes, I can direct a course for a maximum of 12 candidates. There is ample space in the training room to accommodate this number of candidates. Free tea and coffee is included.
Car Parking
There is plenty of free on-site parking.
